Use named accounts
Prefer M-Pesa Till or Paybill numbers in the shop's name. Check the name before you send.
Meet safely
For pick-ups, meet in public places, ideally at club meetings or events.
No fees to apply
Real employers never ask for money to apply or to be interviewed.
Keep it in writing
Agree on price, delivery and refunds in WhatsApp so there is a record.
Report problems
Something off? Report it. Sellers who break the rules get strikes and lose their shop.

Do I pay on this website?
No. There is no payment on the site. You pay the seller directly, using the method on their shop page, after they confirm your order.
Why WhatsApp?
It is where most of us already talk. You see who you are dealing with, ask questions, agree on delivery and keep a record of the conversation.
Can I order from several shops at once?
Yes. Your bag groups items by shop and you send one WhatsApp message to each seller.
What is the order reference for?
Every order gets a reference like RAW-7K3P9Q. It links your WhatsApp message to an order page where you can track it and later leave a review.
What if the seller does not respond?
Unconfirmed orders expire after 14 days. If something goes wrong after you paid, report the order and our team will follow up with the seller and their club.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Anyone can buy. You need a Rotaract account to sell, post requests or see member prices.
